叶仕伟博士是联企融资集团主席，该集团是香港特别行政区政府发起的全球快速通道(Global Fast Track)的投资者巨头和企业巨头，支持金融科技生态系统和央行数位货币（CBDC）。凭借着深厚的产业知识与经验，叶博士被香港特别行政区政府资讯科技总监办公室任命为香港ICT金融科技奖组委会副主席。目前，他已获数码港邀请担任全球大使，以及OMFIF香港首席大使，在全球拥有超过100家中央银行企业成员。

Anthony Sar founded FINNOVASIA in 2015 aiming to create an independent platform, which brings together the FinTech community in Asia and globally and organised over 80 Fintech activities across the regions. FINNOVASIA is the officially appointed organiser by InvestHK of the Hong Kong FinTech Week for the fifth year, the flagship industry event in Asia with over 40,000 attendees, over 1,000 world-class speakers from 130+ economies.

Anthony is also the Founder of FinTech Club, an exclusive community for senior executives in Hong Kong since 2018. He has hosted numerous Global CEOs talks with international banks, VCs and FinTech companies.

Anthony also founded the world’s first non-profit FinTech Basketball League in 2019 with more than 3 seasons with 100+ matches. over 40 teams have joined the programme.

Previously Anthony founded an executive education company Innovative Trips with headquarters in Hong Kong. Since 2010 his team has organised over 25 international
educational programs with more than 800 corporate executives participating in Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Japan and South Korea. Before he moved to Hong Kong, Anthony was responsible for public relations in the Moscow office of the Japan Tobacco International, the Fortune 500 company, and worked as Media & Investors Relations Manager in NYSE listed food producer Wimm-Bill-Dann. Prior to that Anthony worked for five years as a correspondent in a leading Russian business newspaper “Vedomosti”, issued by Financial Times and The Wall Street Journal. He also worked on a digitisation project at the Shanghai headquarters of Yicai / China Business Network, the leading financial publication in Mainland China.

Anthony obtained his MBA degree in Moscow School of Management Skolkovo, he also holds a Bachelor Degree in Journalism. Anthony also successfully finished the program for Innovations and Entrepreneurship in Massachusetts Technological Institute (MIT) in Boston. Anton fluently speaks English, Russian and studies Mandarin Chinese.

Daniel Csontos works at Standard Chartered Bank’s SC Ventures Team as the lead for Fintech Engagement GCNA, based in HK. He has been in APAC for 17+ years and gained experience in banking, insurance, VC, and corporate innovation, in companies including UBS, Ping An and AIA. In his current role at SCV, he is responsible for supporting the SCB’s business units solving their technology related problem statements by finding suitable startups in the market, creating synergies between the venture portfolio and the various ecosystem players (corporates, VCs, innovation centers etc.) in the region. In addition, he is a fluent Mandarin Chinese speaker and have a deep understanding of the local markets in the Greater China region.

李冠乐先生拥有逾 12 年处理交易、管理营运和企业重整的经验。他毕业于香港大学，并持有工商管理学士学位 (主修会计及财务)。同时他也是香港会计师公会（HKICPA）的注册会计师和认证环境、社会和管治 (ESG) 分析师 (CESGA)。

李先生的事业生涯始于德勤财务咨询公司担任重组专员。后来，他在多家创投和私募股权基金任职期间，拥有全周期的交易经验，并参与投资组合公司董事会，任职包括灏信资本(MFO) 资深投资经理、中信里昂(CLSA Capital Partners)副总裁以及海银国际(Hywin International) 执行董事。

李先生也曾在先前投资组合公司之一的Gaia Group担任集团总经理，累积了实战商业管理、成功企业重整和数位化转型的经验。他在科技投资和担任高管方面有丰富的经验，现专注于高校技术转化项目、医疗和生物技术、绿色科技、SaaS 解决方案、数位转型等领域。

Frederic Dussaux is heading Strategy and Development for Global Markets APAC as well as the Electronic Commerce and Digital teams. 

As Head of Strategy and Development he is leading the definition and implementation of the GM APAC strategy and related initiatives.

As Head of Electronic Commerce and Digital he is driving the electronic business in Asia-Pacific as well as establishing the regional digital strategy for GM and overseeing its execution. 

Prior to his current role, Frederic held multiple positions within BNP Paribas Global Markets in both Paris (since 2007) and Hong Kong (since 2009). His responsibilities included business strategy and development, acquisitions and restructuring, exchange-traded structured products sales, commercial deployment of BNP Paribas award-winning Smart Derivatives platform in Asia, and the development of multi-dealer platforms.

Before joining BNP Paribas, Frederic spent four years in a top tier global strategy and management consulting firm based out of Paris.  

Frederic is a graduate from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees and holds a Finance Master degree from IEP Paris.

Kathy is the Vice President of Group Strategy for FWD Group since Dec 2019, driving the corporate strategy, strategic planning and execution, develop execution enablers and bring the Strategy to fruition with strategic initiatives.  

Before joining FWD, Kathy has worked over 20 years in AIA, HSBC, Transamerica and PCCW locally and regionally across Strategy, Product, and Digital, pioneering new innovation commercialization and proposition, leading strategy and transformational initiatives and developing successful strategic partnerships and new business development. 

Kenny Cheung is an Executive Director of Asia Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley. Kenny brings to the firm 20 years of experience in project management, digital transformation, and technology implementation.

Kenny is the transformation lead for the private bank's sales and trading operation and drives the strategic design of platforms and adoption of Fintech solutions. He is responsible for the development of the bank’s digital channel strategy and the direction of our data analytics agenda with the aim to improve Client experience. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley's Wealth Management, Kenny served as Asia Head of Prime Brokerage Technology at J.P. Morgan.

Kenny received his Juris Doctor from City University of Hong Kong and Bachelor of Mathematics (Computer Science) with Economics Minor from University of Waterloo, Canada.

Kenny Man is currently the Managing Partner of 01Fintech Limited. He has more than 20 years of extensive management consulting, operational and investment experience from a wide range of business including fintech and e-commerce companies. He has successfully built the international investment team for Alibaba.com & Ant 2 consecutive times.

Prior to founding 01Fintech, he was Ant Group’s Head of International Investment from 2015 to 2022 where he led investments into Paytm (India), Ascend Money (Thailand), Dana (Indonesia), GCash (Philippines), Alipay HK (Hong Kong), TNGd (Malaysia), GCash (Philippines), bKash (Bangladesh) amongst many others. He has also been in more than 10 companies' board of director previously and have participated the journey in turning many of these companies into Unicorn status. 

Prior to Ant, Kenny is a Senior Investment Director at Vision Knight Capital, a USD 800mn asset under management private equity firm. He has led the 91.com project from deal execution, supporting the Company’s listing and finally sold the company to Baidu for USD 1.9 billion. He has also been leading the 500.com deal which supports the Company to list in the NYSE.

He joined Alibaba in 2006 and established and headed Alibaba’s Overseas Investment & Acquisition team in 2009 and has previously worked in Pepsi and McKinsey & Co.

Kenny received an Executive MBA, Joint Degree program in the Kellogg School of Management, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in University of British Columbia. He has also been listed in the Global Corporate Venture Top 100 Powerlist in 2020 and 2021.

Kevin Angelini is the regional Head of M&A and Business Development, Asia Pacific and joined Zurich in 2019. His responsibility is to shape our growth plans across APAC, drive market expansion, lead inorganic initiatives and partnerships with Fintechs.  

Recent initiatives included market entry in India, restructuring of our Sharia operations in Indonesia, and various bank-distribution transactions. Kevin is a fintech startup coach and mentor with various ecosystem partners in Hong Kong, India and Europe.  

Prior to joining Zurich, Kevin led the Insurance Consulting practice at Willis Towers Watson for the Greater China Region. Prior to that, he worked for over 10 years in Generali where he worked in several markets (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Italy) and built up and led their regional Strategy and M&A function.   

Kevin is a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from University College London, a Master’s degree in Insurance & Risk Management from MIB School of Management, and EMBA from Kellogg School of Management.

Perry acquired extensive experience from investment banking to corporate strategy, she used to work in Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and Bytedance and holds a master degree of finance from Peking University. Now Perry is the managing partner of SNZ Capital.

Rosie is an Executive Director in the Digital Assets team at Goldman Sachs having joined the firm in 2020. Based in Hong Kong, Rosie leads the tokenisation and digital money initiatives in Asia.

Passionate about new technologies and digital strategy, Rosie started her career at Accenture in 2013, relocating to Hong Kong in 2015 where she led Accenture’s FinTech Innovation Lab Asia-Pacific, a 12-week accelerator programme for early stage FinTech companies partnering with global banks and insurance companies. She is a highly active member of the FinTech ecosystem in Hong Kong, regularly speaking at regional industry conferences.

Rosie is vice-chair of The British Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong’s Future Leaders Committee, focusing on addressing the needs of Hong Kong’s young professional in education activities for career development. Rosie holds a BA in International Business Management with French from Newcastle University (UK).

Sarah is a seasoned business leader with a diverse background spanning over 24 years. Her expertise lies primarily in digital wealth, digital transformation, product management, cards and unsecured lending, client value proposition and client segmentation. Having lived and worked in markets like India and Hong Kong, she has accumulated extensive market knowledge in these key Asian geographies in addition to her home country Singapore.

Sarah currently holds the position of Head of Digital Growth for Citi Wealth HK. Her responsibilities include driving digital wealth and cards revenue, spearheading digital banking transformation, commercializing digital content and accelerating client growth via digital channels. She is also responsible for developing and executing Citi’s digital banking strategy, with a focus on delivering intuitive digital banking services and exceptional client experiences.

As a member of the Citi HK Wealth Consumer Bank Management Committee, Sarah plays a crucial role in shaping the retail bank’s strategies. She joined Citi HK in Dec 2021 and previously served as the Head of Segment & Digital Value Proposition, where she was responsible for revenue growth and client acquisition across the Citigold Private Client, Citigold and CitiPlus segments.

Before joining Citi, Sarah worked at Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) for nearly 7 years, holding senior leadership roles across 3 markets – Singapore, India and HK. Her responsibilities at SCB encompassed various areas from client segments, wealth, international banking to cards and loans. In her last role at SCB as the Head of Affluent Segments and International Banking, she successfully launched the Priority Private (PP) segment and establishedthe first PP Wealth Center in HK.

Sarah’s career includes 14 years of experience in the cards and unsecured lending domain. She held senior positions at Development Bank of Singapore (DBS), MasterCard and United Overseas Bank (UOB), where she had both country and regional responsibilities. Prior to banking, Sarah spent 6 years in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, working for companies like Procter & Gamble and Unilever. During this time, she gained valuable experience in product management and marketing.

Sarah holds a Bachelor's Degree (Honors) with a major in Mechanical Engineering from National University of Singapore. Apart from her professional achievements, Sarah is passionate about mindfulness practices. She is a certified Hatha Yoga instructor and volunteers as a community yoga instructor. She is deeply committed to empowering education for women and children in underprivileged communities. Since 2012, she has been volunteering with the Nepal Future Village NGO.

Sisi Yu is the Director of FinTech & Innovation at Hang Seng Bank, where she fosters fintech adoption through strategic partnerships and innovative initiatives.

Prior to her role at Hang Seng Bank, Sisi served as General Manager at Hi Sun, a leading Chinese core banking solution provider. There, she effectively introduced new product offerings to international markets, significantly boosting sales across the ASEAN and Greater China Regions.

With a proven history of delivering fintech projects, Sisi has led digital transformations in various industries. Her diverse expertise includes business development, management consulting, and technology solution delivery, acquired through her tenure at JETCO, DXC Technology, IBM, and SMS Management & Technology.

Sisi holds a Master of Business & Technology from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Information Systems from the University of Sydney.

Stanley Huo is Partner, Head of Asia, at Hivemind Capital Partners, based in Hong Kong. Prior to Hivemind, Stanley was a Managing Director at China Renaissance, a TMT focused investment bank where he advised many leading tech and web3 firms in Asia on both public and private market capital raise. Stanley has over 15 years of investment banking experience in Hong Kong and London, having worked at UBS, Citi and BAML previously. He also has web3 and fintech start-up experience as an early team member at Kenetic and Oriente. Stanley holds MSc Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics, where he met Matt. He also received BSc Accounting and Finance from the University of Manchester, graduating with first class honour.

Stanley Qiu is Head of Automation Digital Solutions, Client Digital Solutions, for RGA’s operations in Asia. He helps RGA’s direct insurance customers leverage technology to achieve business innovation and enables clients through ideation, validation, and implementation cycles.

Stanley gained sophisticated consulting experience in the early years of his career andhas also worked for a technology company that provided direct insurance companies with innovative technology products. In addition, he has founded and co-founded technology start-ups and led the development of digital products. Before joining RGA, Stanley led the technology and information department at Taiping Property & Casualty Insurance Company Limited in mainland China, where he formulated and implemented digital transformation strategies for the organization.

Stanley earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Nanyang Technological University and an MBA in finance from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Stephen is the executive director of Silverbricks Asset Management since July 2020. Silverbricks Asset Management Company Limited along with Silverbricks Securities Company Limited are primarily engaged in the Securities and Asset Management business and licensed by the SFC for Type 1,2,4,6,9 regulated activities to provide diversified financial services with all rounded products for institutional and retail clients. It runs a number of flagship funds which invest in SPAC, PE, PRE-IPO, secondary-market portfolio (equity/debt). Stephen has been the director of Yoov Group Holding Limited, a cloud-based application platform as a service company, since May 2022.

Stephen has more than 20 years of investment experience in the global financial market. He is responsible for formulating and implementing investment strategies, supervising various investment transactions in primary and secondary markets, managing asset allocation, evaluating investment opportunities and transaction structures.

Stephen is the co-founder of Nova Vision Acquisition Corporation (“NOVV”), a SPAC company listed on Nasdaq in August 2021. He is also a sponsor’s advisor for HHG Capital Corp ("HHGC"), a SPAC listed on Nasdaq in September 2021. He has served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Proficient Alpha Acquisition Corp ("PAAC"), a USD$115million SPAC that completed its merger with Lion Group Holding Limited ("LGHL") in June 2020. Prior to that, Stephen served as the Executive Director of ABC International Holdings Limited, an investment banking business flagship of Agricultural Bank of China Limited, and was responsible for direct investment business from December 2017 to December 2018. From April 2006 to November 2017, he worked as the Senior Manager at China Everbright Limited, a China-based financial group engaged in banking, securities, insurance, asset management, and direct investment.

Stephen received an MBA degree from the University of South Australia and a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst(“CFA”) Charterholder, Fellow of Institute of Public Accountants and Institute of Financial Accountants.

严涤宇为香港数码港管理有限公司的金融科技总监，数码港为创新数码社群，汇聚超过1,650间初创企业及科技公司，由香港特别行政区政府全资拥有的香港数码港管理有限公司管理。数码港致力培训科技人才、鼓励年轻人创业、扶植初创企业，创造蓬勃的创科生态圏；透过与本地及国际策略伙伴合作，促进科技产业发展。

严涤宇是数码港的金融科技总监，为 450 多家金融科技公司提供支援。 在加入数码港之前，严涤宇为 TransUnion 创建了 电子化认识你的客户 (eKYC - electronic know your customer) 解决方案，目前仍被香港的大多数零售银行和 SVF 使用，包括汇丰银行、Payme 和恒生银行。

严涤宇毕业于香港大学，获得一级荣誉计算机工程系学士，现时在香港大学攻读计算机科学系博士，论文题材针对自然语言学习在合规科技的应用，希望将来能够让自然语言学习更加融入金融科技。

严涤宇在科技领域有超过20年经验，曾在不同国际科技公司任职，包括 Transunion, Experian, nice actimize, SAS institute, IBM，以上国际科技公司主要业务为大数据。
